• Courtney Joyce is a small independent commercial property agency based in South West London.  We specialise in selling, letting and acquiring shops, offices, light industrial, warehousing and investments.

   

  We believe in trying to place the right property with the right applicant and therefore would prefer to discuss your property requirements with you rather than ask you to try to find something suitable on line.

  From experience, a property initially enquired about is not always the most suitable and by talking with you we can ascertain exactly what you need and hopefully find you something that would be better suited.  This way, even if we do not have a suitable property at the time we may be aware of something coming to the market in the future and can make you aware of this.

  Too often, agents are not prepared to discuss your requirements with you and would rather point you to their website in the hope that you might find something there.  However it is our opinion that the best way of ‘marrying’ an applicant with a suitable property is to talk to them!
